Job Location: The Dalles, Oregon
Position available in the Transportation Network scheduling medical rides for clients eligible for the Medical Assistance Program. The Brokerage Intake Specialist is responsible for answering calls to assign rides & relay rider information to providers in a busy call center environment. Skills needed include computer data entry, processing correspondence needed for ride requests, billings, clerical support to supervisors; knowledge of interviewing techniques, word processing, spreadsheet and office procedures; and exhibit exceptional customer service. Ability to: answer continuous phone calls, multi-task in busy office, maintain client confidentiality. Perform related duties as assigned. HS Diploma or equivalent; two years of experience working with the public or satisfactory combination of as determined by hiring authority. Reference checks & criminal history checks required. Full-time, Monday-Friday.
Starting wage: $14.37/hour w/ benefits. Bi-lingual applicants encouraged.
